First things First...
As a Member of a Buying Club, you have the unique opportunity to save money because you may split cases of groceries with other Members. This means you may buy part of a case of 12 - 3lb bags of Organic Gala Apples (or any other case people will share with you). To do this we ask you to enter the quantity you'd like to have and also enter a MORE quantity. This MORE quantity is any more you'd take to fill the case. Sometimes it may be necessary to bump up a Member's order to their MORE quantity to buy the case.
To place our orders we use a unique ordering system...Foodclub - an online buying club ordering system
We are very thankful to have found Foodclub, an online ordering system where we place all of our orders. With Foodclub, Members may place individual orders, while they see what others are ordering. This makes it easy to see how close cases are to filling. Members can order by creating a new case of a certain product, or add to an existing case in the database. We do not necessarily have to fill a case, nor do you have to buy a whole case. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions section if you are unsure.
Currently, we have two Foodlclub websites where we place orders for our Distributors. Once you've decided to join us, we'll tell you more in detail how we make this all happen!
